Precious Collectibles is registered under the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 74920766.  We are located at; Segment 3, 6921 RC, Duiven, Netherlands. Our contact number is; 0031 6 33 60 67 26. You can contact us at any time. We will always answers as quick and complete as possible.

1. We reserve the right to cancel an order. If so, you will always receive an explanation and a full refund.
2. Some products are also offered elsewhere. It can take up to a couple of hours before they are visible on the website. Therefore, see point 1.
3. Payment is required before shipping.
4. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping company and/or customs.
5. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the products may enter their country. The customer is also responsible for any import duties and other additional import costs
6. After shipment, the customer receives a standard email confirming that their order is completed. After the aforementioned confirmation email, the customer receives a track and trace link within 48 hours. If this does not occur, the customer should contact us for the track and trace link. The customer is responsible for regularly checking their track and trace link. If the package is shipped back to us because the customer did not follow the track and trace instructions, the customer is responsible for the additional costs. If the customer wishes to cancel the order because of this, they will receive a refund minus the shipping costs.
7. We do not adjust prices for lower import charges. We always add the required forms for customs.
8. Express shipment is possible upon consultation and at the customer’s expense.
9. Almost all our products are pre-owned. This means there may be a little bit of wear. We mention this as accurately as possible in the product descriptions. The pictures are an important part of the descriptions
10. Pictures seen of the product are usually of the product offered. If the condition is similar to a previously sold product, we might use stock pictures. We will always mention this in the product description
11. The given dimensions of the product are always approximate. No rights can be derived from them
12. All pictures, videos, and text on the website are our own. To use anything from our website, you need our written consent. When you receive consent, you are not allowed to change anything about the pictures, videos, and text
13. We do our absolute best to provide as much accurate information as possible about every product, including but not limited to the artist, brand, product line, year of production, materials used, and more. No rights can be derived from this information.
14. When placing a special order, you forfeit the right to cancel.
15. With special orders, we may ask for a deposit. This deposit is non-refundable, meaning if you decide not to fulfill your order, you will forfeit your deposit to us.
16. The price is as listed, so there are no surprises in your shopping cart.
17. When a product arrives damaged, you are obligated to contact us within 72 hours. You are also obligated to fully cooperate to resolve this issue. If you do not cooperate, we will not provide you with a refund.
18. The original language of this website is English, which is always the leading language in disputes. By using the translation program on our website, you accept that any errors caused by the program are the responsibility of the customer.
19. The original currency of the website is the Euro. By using the currency converter, you accept that any errors caused by the program are the responsibility of the customer.

Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), receives physical possession of the goods. The date of receipt, as indicated by the tracking information, is the official date.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us, Precious Collectibles, Segment 3, 6921 RC, Duiven, Netherlands, at info@precious-collectibles.com or +31 6 33 60 67 26, of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement via email or the contact form. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery, except for any supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us. This will be done without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We will withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back and have inspected them.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. You are also liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the return shipment. Make sure to return the goods with shipment insurance, as you are responsible for these direct costs.

The right to cancel does not apply to the following contracts:

• Contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the customer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.
• Contracts for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
• Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed after delivery
• Contracts for the supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
• Contracts for the supply of sealed audio or sealed video recordings or sealed computer software which were unsealed after delivery.
• Contracts for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which has been agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the sales contract, and the delivery of which can only take place after 30 days, and the actual value of which is dependent on market fluctuations that cannot be controlled by the trader.
• Contracts for the supply of a newspaper, periodical, or magazine, with the exception of subscription contracts for the supply of such publications.

The return policy is for buyers within the European Union. Buyers outside the European Union, please contact us before purchase if you have any questions about returning an item. We do not accept returns from outside the European Union unless specified otherwise. Of course, we will try to be as reasonable as the above return policy.

• Please take note: Upon returning a good, we will assist you with the return process. For most countries within the European Union, we have contracts with shipping companies to ensure safe returns with effective insurance policies and advantageous shipping rates. Most of the time, we can do this at a lower cost than your local shipping company. When returning through one of our shipping companies, we will take care of the insurance and any problems that may occur during the shipping process. We call this our ‘Worry-Free Return’ for our customers.
• We do NOT accept returns from outside the European Union for purchases made through any platforms. We only accept returns from outside the European Union for items bought on www.demonsetmerveilles.com.
