For all orders of €75 and above, shipment is free to any address worldwide. XXL collectibles such as lifesize statues and furniture are excluded from free shipping.
Safe shipment
Shopping at Precious Collectibles means worry-free shipment. We specialize in shipping (extremely) fragile items, using the highest quality cardboard boxes and the best protective materials. For larger items, the boxes are made to our own specifications, based on our years of experience shipping these fragile collectibles.
Ensuring the safe arrival of your collectible(s) is always our responsibility. In the event of any mishap, you will receive a full refund. To apply for this refund, please visit our terms of service page.

Usually, we ship your order within five working days, often within 48 hours.
We never compromise on the safe arrival of your collectibles. This means that when your order is more complex to ship or when we are in one of our busiest periods, there may be a delay in your shipment. If this delay exceeds five working days, we will always send you an email to inform you and provide an estimate of the shipping date
Delivery time
Orders shipped to an address within the European Union usually arrive within 5 to 10 working days after you have received the shipment confirmation.
Orders shipped to an address outside the European Union usually arrive within 15 to 20 working days after you have received the shipment confirmation.
The shipping time inside and outside the European Union is an estimation. Most of the time, packages arrive faster, but occasionally they take longer. This is due to unexpected events such as extreme weather or, for example, a pandemic. The shipping company is always responsible for the actual delivery time.
Express shipment
Looking for a faster delivery time? Contact us for an express shipment estimate. With shipping outside the EU, express shipment can cut the shipping time down from an estimated 10 to 15 working days to an estimated 3 to 5 working days. Within the European Union, express shipment can cut the shipping time down from an estimated 3 to 10 working days to an estimated 2 to 3 working days.
Prices vary from approximately €50 to €200, depending on the size and weight of the package, as well as your location.
Track and trace
You will always receive a tracking number once we have completed your order. This tracking number will be sent to you via an automated email within 48 hours after you receive the completed order notification. If this is not the case, please contact us.
